"Heather and her team did an amazing job. They were very knowledgeable about the market and help guide me during the entire process. She was able to guide me on what improvements would make the largest return when selling my home. During the closing process we encountered issues with the title and Heather helped ensure we were able to resolve the issue. She also was able to get me in contact with professionals to do minor repairs for after the home inspection was completed. Her knowledge and expertise made the whole process go smooth. "I was fortunate enough to reach out to Heather regarding some land that she had for sale. We were moving in from out of state and I happened upon her, by chance. After I finished speaking with her, she graciously excepted my plea to assist us in finding a home to purchase.
